This is a great question that you should be asking yourself and your family.
My wife is an expert at the art of this. She is one of the most knowledgeable and knowledgeable people that I’ve ever met. She is right on the money when it comes time to hire a new employee.
I love this question because as you can imagine it often times means something that you don’t expect. When I ask someone, “What do you see as a salary range for your level of experience?” I have a lot of questions. One of the questions I get from prospective employees is “So, what do you see as a salary range?” This question is a good one to ask because it is a way to gauge how well they understand what they are doing.
Its also a good way to gauge how much time your prospective employee will waste on the wrong things.
With that in mind, there are several levels of salary. The lowest level is just the base salary. This means that you pay the person what you think your salary should be based on the level of work you are paying them to do.
The next level is the mid-level. This is the salary that you give to them for the amount of time you think they should spend on this thing. This is based on the amount of money you think they should spend on the rest of their job.
So how do you make these salary figures? We’re going to use the figure of $80k for the 3-hour time period that the employees are paying. They’re earning $80k for each hour they work at; so $80k is a lot of money, and at this point it’s just not enough to pay the person $80k.
The mid-level is the level where you’ve come to the end of your runway but you have a little more runway to go. You can then raise the salary that you gave the employees, and this is where the numbers get a little complicated because you do have to decide how much they should be paid.
I have to say, I am impressed that the salary range is so wide. I did not know that there is a salary range, and I am not sure that I would have given the employees the same salary range that I have given. In reality, I would have probably given them a salary that was in the mid-level range, whereas a higher salary would have been better than a lower salary.
The big issue is deciding how much the employees should be paid.
