My friend and I are trying to sell our business next door to another business park. The owner has been telling us about all the great things that are available to us. He has even given us a list of the businesses in the area that are already open.
That’s right. We’re up against the same obstacle that most people are up against when trying to sell a business in the first place: the fear of being rejected by your target demographic. In our case, we’re selling to people who are not interested in being in a particular business park.
These are a couple of the most common mistakes to make with our business. It’s not a tough sell, it’s a fairly tough sell that we’ll never see again. However, we have to have some real business sense to keep our business going. We should definitely find a way to sell our own business, but it’s hard to do that if you’re not a target demographic who will want to be in a certain group.
